Strive for Perfection...

One Stroke at a Time…

Streamline is a new clinic specially designed to improve the technique of competitive swimmers one stroke at a time.  What sets us apart from other swim programs is that we spend just as much time teaching why certain adjustments help, as teaching how to make those adjustments.  This additional feedback allows young swimmers to process the information we provide them in a much more efficient way.

Underwater Video Review:

At the Streamline Swim Clinic we offer several ways to improve upon stroke technique.  We find that the most efficient way to improve technique is by providing each swimmer the opportunity to become more aware of his stroke.  To reiterate this, we provide underwater video taping of each of the four strokes, starts, and turns.  The swimmers will get a chance to see themselves swimming from an angle they have never seen before: underwater.

This summer we are introducing a new technology upgrade to our video system that will allow us to show the swimmers each of their strokes from four difference angles.  To learn more, click here.

Our Facilities:
The Pool at
Regis College

At the Streamline Swim Clinic we intentionally keep the pool warmer than most pools, maintaining a temperature between 80 and 81 degrees. While cooler water is ideal for competition and training (77-78 degrees), warmer water is better for technique oriented swimming.
